What can you expect when you get to the Journey?
We worship weekly as a community every Sunday morning at 10:07. The service usually lasts about an hour and twenty minutes.
The atmosphere around here is “God’s Family Room,“ so it’s pretty casual (think jeans and t-shirts but we will not cut off your tie!) The idea is, if God is our Father and Brother then it should feel like a family gathering. However, we also believe that our Father is the God of the universe so, kind of opposite of the Wizard of Oz, we hope to throw back the curtain so we can encounter a great God worthy of worship. We hope you'll encounter God personally and powerfully through the worship and teaching!
If you’ve got kids, there are a couple of options. Kids are always welcome with their parents in worship but we have a nursery for infants and Trek is our weekly Children’s Ministry program for kids from Pre-K through 5th.
The TREK kids start with their families in worship and then are released during our “Meet and Greet” time to go back and join their TREK leaders. Parents are encouraged to bring their children to their classrooms.
Don’t forget, the coffee is on before the service and more coffee follows
